Join our Production team at Quality Water Factory, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality water products using our advanced ERP system. As a Production member, you'll be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing production efficiency. Be part of a dynamic environment that values innovation and excellence, and contribute to providing clean and safe water solutions to our valued customers.Production Experience:Extensive experience in manufacturing and production processes.Quality Assurance:Strong knowledge of maintaining and ensuring product quality.ERP System Proficiency:Demonstrated ability in using ERP systems for production management.Problem-Solving:Effective problem-solving abilities to address production challenges.Responsibilities:Oversee Manufacturing: Supervise and manage the production process to ensure smooth operations.Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality standards for consistent product excellence.Resource Management: Optimize resources, materials, and labor to maximize productivity.Production Planning: Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demands.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency.Must Have:Production Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing and production processes.Quality Assurance: Strong understanding of maintaining and ensuring product quality.ERP System Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in using ERP systems for production management.Teamwork: Excellent collaboration and communication skills within a team environment.Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving abilities to address production challenges.Nice to Have:Lean Manufacturing Knowledge: Familiarity with lean principles to optimize production efficiency.Continuous Improvement: Willingness to adopt and implement continuous improvement strategies.Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in operating production equipment and machinery.Safety Compliance: Understanding of safety protocols and adherence to workplace safety standards.Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing production demands and evolving industry trends.
