Job Overview:
As a property consultant, your primary role will be to assist clients in buying and selling properties. You will be responsible for understanding their real estate needs and providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Your duties will include conducting property evaluations, researching market trends, and negotiating contracts on behalf of clients. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agencies, and other industry professionals.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including knowledge of property values, market trends, and legal regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds and guiding them through complex transactions. You should also possess excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying and selling properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
Conduct property evaluations to determine market value and potential for investment.
Research and stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
Provide expert advice on pricing, marketing strategies, and property presentation to attract potential buyers.
Negotiate and prepare contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agencies, and industry professionals.
Coordinate property viewings and open houses to showcase properties to potential buyers.
Conduct thorough property inspections and address any concerns or issues raised by clients.
Assist clients in obtaining necessary documentation and paperwork required for property transactions.
Stay informed about industry developments, attend networking events, and participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Valid driving license

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Experience in the real estate industry in Dubai is a plus.
