This is a newly created position, and the Global Director of DE&I will be responsible for assessing the current state, providing recommendations for future programs, practices, and strategies to plan for the future-state as Dynatrace continues to grow and scale globally.

  • In conjunction with the People & Culture team, develop, drive and deliver DE&I programs across the global enterprise; develop tracking strategies to monitor and evaluate impact and ROI of programs.
  • Create on-going evaluation approaches on program effectiveness and make recommendations for program enhancement and improvement.
  • Lead and enable company-sponsored Global Employee Resource Groups to ensure alignment with overall, business objectives, and DE&I strategy.
  • Provide expertise to help the company and specific teams build inclusive and respectful cultures, leveraging the diversity in their teams to ensure creativity, innovation, productivity, excellent customer service and highly satisfactory work environments.
  • With a data-driven mindset, analyze, interpret and present data related to Global DE&I Initiatives.
  • Provide strategic council and partnership with key business partners across the organization including the DEIB Advisory Board, the DLT and business leaders.
  • Partner with the P&C organization, including talent acquisition and talent management colleagues, to design, develop and integrate key Global DE&I solutions into P&C recruitment and development processes, in order to attract, develop and retain the best talent.
  • Manage and inform on DE&I communications together with senior leaders, partnering closely with the corporate communications team.
  • Develop and maintain organizational metrics, provide appropriate updates on progress, recommend actions to support achievement of goals, and assess overall effectiveness of DEI initiatives.
Preferred location for candidates - in the Eastern Standard Time zone (EST) Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
  • BS / BA (preferably in HR, Business, or a related field) or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years’ experience implementing diversity and inclusion programs in global complex, high growth fast-paced organizations.

  • Experience developing strategies and executing initiatives that drive measurable results within the context of the organization’s talent and business strategy.
  • Strong global mindset, understanding of various global cultures, and knowledge of global diversity.
  • Inspirational style that will challenge/inspire colleagues/partners to achieve business results; clear understanding of business operations and DE&I priorities, and able to articulate them to audiences within and outside the organization.
  • Advanced relationship-management experience and consulting skills, with a superior ability to influence, lead, engage and build consensus across various levels of leaders through collaboration and influence.
  • Evidence of developing and implementing industry-leading best practices.
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and rewards:
  • The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $230,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
  • Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.
  • We also offer medical/dental benefits, and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement.
