Process Manager (QA)

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Process Manager to join our Quality Assurance team and play a critical role in transferring new product development ideas into our restaurants and central kitchen, ensuring seamless integration into production processes. Some of the key responsibilities are as follows:
Review existing culinary processes across our restaurants and identify areas of improvements in workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Develop standardized recipes, cooking methods and plating guidelines to ensure consistency and quality throughout our network of restaurants.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of culinary process improvements through performance metrics, food quality assessments, and feedback from stakeholders.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to optimize ingredient sourcing and supply chain processes for culinary operations.
Manage handover of new products between R&D and Operations.
Manage multiple projects within established timelines.
Design and deliver training programs for production team members on operating new equipment, following new production processes and maintaining product quality.
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in R&D within food manufacturing (restaurants, fresh food, ready meals and bakery) with a degree in Food Technology/Science or equivalent. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing SOPs, training programs and quality control processes.
