Project Manager - Transmission & Distribution
Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC Dubai
Coordinate with clients, consultants and statutory authorities on getting necessary clearances / approvals / permissions on drawings and materials.
Provide lease management services, perform market analysis, and help clients find the best properties to invest in.
Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling/leasing property including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials.
Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events.
Minimum one year of Dubai real estate sales experience is preferred.
Minimum 3 years' experience in UAE (Min 2 years tenure with the same company, not frequently switching jobs).
Knowledge of real property and relevant laws and regulations.
Assisting clients with buying and selling properties.
Matching customer's preferences to budget requirements in a suitable property.
Advertise and promote local properties for sale.
Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them accordingly.
Educate clients on products and property features.
Knowledge in managing and maintaining real properties.
Show properties and assist clients in finding their dream property.
COMMISSION-BASED JOB ONLY - NO BASIC SALARY.
Quarterly bonuses including tech, international travel, and cars.
Access to all Dubai Developers and the possibility to also work with secondary market deals.
