Req #: R154276 Location(s): SA - Jeddah Job Description: Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Lead Planning Engineer (Stadium/Sports Arena Project) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, particularly in the sports and entertainment arena sector. What You'll Be Doing: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including the establishment of baseline plans. Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to integrate all aspects of the project into the schedule. Identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines are met. Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives. Monitor resource utilization and adjust as necessary to optimize productivity and efficiency. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans. Identify potential risks related to project schedules and work with stakeholders to implement solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for the client regarding scheduling and planning matters. Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and the client. Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns. Provide expert guidance on planning and scheduling methodologies and best practices. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in planning technology and software. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 18 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry. Extensive experience with stadium or large-scale sports facility projects is highly desirable. Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
