Job Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for health informatics and digital health initiatives, aligning with organizational goals. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation. • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of health informatics specialists, digital health managers, and other professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members. • Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, IT professionals, and executive leadership, to understand organizational needs and priorities. Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay at the forefront of digital health advancements. • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of health informatics and digital health projects. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. • Technology Integration: Lead efforts to integrate digital health technologies, such as EHR systems, telehealth solutions, and mobile applications, into existing healthcare workflows. Evaluate and recommend new technologies that align with organizational objectives. • Data Governance and Security: Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of healthcare data.
