What's on the menu for your next career move As our new F&B Supervisor to ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience in our Speciality Tex-Mex style restaurant.Under the general direction of the Outlet Manager or his/her Delegate, and within the limits of established IHG and local Hotel policies and procedures, supervises the service activities in the outlet aiming for the highest possible customer satisfaction at all times while ensuring proper training and supervision of all outlet colleagues.A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistencyIn the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are knownEndeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow upSupervise cash handling and banking proceduresControl stock and monitor Equipment and ensure correct use of equipment as per standards.What We need from you:Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, and related fields4+ years' related experience, including management experienceMust obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.What you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
