About Our ClientThe Human Resources Manager will manage an employee size of 100+ across the EMEA region with a regional head office in Dubai, offering a wide scope opportunity for an individual looking to grow with a multinational company.Job DescriptionOversees the daily workflow of the department acting as its support system, carrying out the following:On a strategic level, understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, procedures, and improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company.Oversee the talent pool process to empower the existing workforce and work on succession plans across the divisions.Develop learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and issues.Responsible for the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and issues in accordance with company policy and maintain records.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have/be:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.Strong understanding of labor-related laws and statutes.Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSHR Degree desirable.HR Management.Strong background in a Strategic HR Management position/Senior HR Business partnering role.Proficient in using MS Office, Excel, and data-related tools.Knowledge of establishing HR ranking system, regional experience in the Middle East and Africa, and knowledge of various HR applications will be preferable.What's on OfferA competitive salary offering + company benefits and a regional scope role.
