Purpose of Role: In this dynamic role, the Recruitment Specialist is the heart of our talent acquisition process, ensuring that we attract, engage, and secure top talent who will thrive in our company. Your mission is to identify the best candidates, create a seamless hiring experience, and build long-lasting relationships that contribute to our company's growth. Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent by collaborating with department heads to develop and implement strategic hiring plans that align with business goals and workforce planning.
  • Managing Recruitment Processes : Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding ensuring each step is adhering to the relevant company policies and procedures, partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and providing them the support they require whilst also ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout their journey.
  • This will include:
  • Advertising : Creating compelling and targeted job postings that attract the right candidates.
  • Sourcing: Actively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and manage interview schedules, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interview panels.
  • Offer Negotiation: Negotiate salary and compensation packages with candidates
  • Offer Management: Prepare and issue offer letters, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and aligned with company policies.
  • Legalization Follow-Up: Collaborate with the legalization team to ensure all government-related processes (e.g., work permits, sponsorship transfers, work visas) are completed before the onboarding of new hires.
  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all necessary equipment, such as laptops and system access, is ready for new joiners before their start date.
  • Building Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Monitor recruitment metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process.
  • Qatar Nationalization Initiatives: Implement and manage nationalization strategies to meet government requirements and enhance local talent development.
  • Recruitment Events: Promote the company’s brand and values to potential candidates, representing the company at recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes are in line with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Implementing and Enhancing Recruitment Systems : Introduce and continuously improve candidate management systems and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes, enhance candidate experience, and increase overall efficiency.
Performance Indicators: Time to Hire Offer Acceptance Rate Early Attrition Rate Candidate Experience Hiring Manager Satisfaction Interview-to-Offer Ratio Position Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and professional HR certification in is highly desirable. Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders. Spoken & Written Arabic is an advantage. Key Competencies Required: Customer-Centric : Prioritize the needs and experiences of both internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and professional recruitment process that aligns with the company’s values and enhances its reputation. Team Collaboration : Exhibit strong teamwork skills by effectively collaborating with colleagues across departments to achieve recruitment objectives and support organizational goals Results Driven : Demonstrate a strong focus on achieving recruitment goals and metrics, consistently delivering high-quality candidates while managing multiple vacancies within set timelines and budget constraints. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements. Technology: Demonstrate extensive experience and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), human resource management systems (HRMS), and other recruitment-related technologies to optimize the recruitment process and enhance overall efficiency Confidentiality : Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality by safeguarding all candidate information and recruitment data.
