TAAHEED are currently engaged with the region's leading Banking group to assist them in attracting the talent of the future. Our client is one of the most recognisable names in the Financial Services industry and is in an enviable position to be able to recruit high-calibre professionals across the business.Sitting within the Global Wealth area of the business, we are seeking to attract a high-calibre and experienced Compliance professional. You will support the Head of Compliance in all aspects and ensure that the activities of Private Banking are carried out in accordance with the authorized activities licensed by the Central Bank of UAE and/or any other regulatory authority applicable to conducting business in the UAE and cross border as applicable.You will be responsible for:Decision support & co-assisting in development, implementation, and compliance-related administration issues.Desk-top monitoring activities related to Compliance.Uploading the quality assurance requirement on cases submitted by RMs.Assisting in the provision of advice on the implementation of new and/or amended Regulations and policies from the regulators.Daily transaction monitoring process and raising queries/reports findings of suspicious activity.Working closely with Manager to ensure fulfilment of all regulatory requirements and adherence to required standards of CB UAE regarding rules and regulations.Preparing & issuing the weekly Compliance Bulletin summary.Language Requirements:Arabic - Fluent / ExcellentEnglish - Fluent / ExcellentJob Skills:University graduate with appropriate qualifications.Experience & awareness in compliance, auditing operations & administration procedures in the financial services industry with circa 4 years.Sound knowledge of the wealth management & compliance industries stemming from a financial institutions background.Preference will be given to persons from the Private Banking / Wealth Management industry.Relevant experience particularly in Anti Money Laundering & Compliance Monitoring.Local market knowledge of the UAE/GCC; preferably also international centres.Good verbal & written communication skills.Bilingual - In English & Arabic (preferred).About The Company:TAAHEED deliver pioneering recruitment solutions and consultancy services to MENA organizations that believe human capital is the major driver in building a 'best-in-class' team or company.
