We are seeking a skilled and experienced Archer Administrator – Expert to join our team. As a pivotal member of our governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) function, you will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, customization, and ongoing administration of the RSA Archer platform. Your expertise will ensure the platform meets our organization’s operational needs while adhering to security standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: 1. Platform Deployment and Configuration: a) Install, configure, and customize the RSA Archer platform to support various GRC processes and requirements. b) Design and implement modules, applications, workflows, and dashboards within RSA Archer based on business needs. c) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Archer solutions. 2. Customization and Development: a) Develop and maintain custom objects, data feeds, calculations, reports, and dashboards using Archer’s integrated development environment (IDE). b) Implement advanced customization and integration with other enterprise systems. 3. Administration and Maintenance: a) Perform routine administration tasks including user provisioning, access management, data imports/exports, and system upgrades. b) Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations to ensure smooth operation of the Archer platform. 5. Training and Support: a) Provide training and technical support to end-users on RSA Archer functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. b) Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles related to RSA Archer configurations and processes. c) Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior administrators and stakeholders on Archer platform capabilities. Qualifications: a) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). b) Proven experience as an RSA Archer Administrator, with at least X years in a similar role. c) RSA Archer certification(s) such as Certified Archer Associate (CAA) or Certified Archer Professional (CAP) is highly desirable. d) In-depth knowledge of GRC concepts, frameworks, and best practices. e) Strong technical proficiency in RSA Archer platform administration, customization, and development. g) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. h) Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. i) Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
