Hiring Alert,If interested please share your resume on misbah@bitechme.aeResponsibilitiesAnswer phone calls and emails from customers seeking IT support.Actively listen to customer concerns and gather information to identify and diagnose technical problems.Troubleshoot common IT issues using established procedures and knowledge base resources.Resolve basic IT issues independently or escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT team member.Document customer interactions and problem resolutions accurately.Provide clear and concise explanations of technical issues to customers in a non-technical language.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Working knowledge of basic IT concepts (hardware, software, networking) is a plus.
