Greetings from NES!!We are urgently hiring for a PERMANENT role to be based in QATAR.Our Chemical client based in Qatar is looking to hire a "Process Engineer"Position: - Â Process EngineerManage the Process Engineering function and working in conjunction with members of the Plant departments, lead and manage the analysis the various processesMinimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 10 years or above relevant experience preferably in MTBE, or Petrochemical plants like Propylene, PDH- Dehydrogenation, Aromatics or  Refinery associated petrochemical complex  production environments.
- Relevant experience with a large organization preferably in the petrochemicals industry or refinery
- Experience on unit operations, catalysis and Reaction Kinetics, CCR - Continuous catalyst regenerations , Â Cryogenic operations with refrigeration systems
- Gas purifications systems - Adsorbents and its regeneration and associated sequence operations
- MOC- Management of Change cycle
- PSM Â elements and its relevance to process engineering
- APC applications in process plants
- Knowledge of Rotating Machinery like high power compressors and steam turbines and its associated systems PHA - Â Â HAZOP, What if, SIL etc skills and applications
- Formal training in Project Management is desirable and Systematic decision making processes is required
- Broad understanding of all company operations and maintenance processes.
- Expert understanding of equipment performance testing techniques and theory.
- Expert understanding of environmental testing protocols and techniques.
- Detailed understanding of plant/equipment specifications.
- Process trouble shooting
