Head of Ecommerce

Multichannel retailer with a strong focus on ecommerce, offering a wide range of products and services to customers both online and in-store. We are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Ecommerce to lead the online sales strategy and drive growth across all digital channels.Job Summary:As the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that delivers sustainable growth and profitability. You will manage a team of ecommerce professionals and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that aligns with the overall business objectivesManage the ecommerce team and provide leadership and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of ecommerce projectsOversee the management of the ecommerce website, including the development of new features and functionality to improve customer experience and drive salesWork with the marketing team to develop and execute ecommerce marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenueCollaborate with the merchandising team to ensure that the product assortment and pricing is optimized for online salesAnalyze ecommerce performance metrics and use data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and optimize performanceEnsure that the ecommerce platform is optimized for SEO and SEM and work with the digital marketing team to drive traffic from organic and paid channelsStay up to date with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the businessQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in ecommerce, preferably in a multichannel retail environmentProven experience in developing and implementing ecommerce strategies that drive growth and profitabilityStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to manage a team of ecommerce professionalsIn-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, website design and development, and digital marketingExcellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-makingStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyIf you have a passion for ecommerce and a track record of delivering results, we want to hear from you.
