Jump on Board and Unlock your Potential in a Buzzing Environment that will take your Career to New Heights!What We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years' experience in a Luxury Hotel Environment in an Assistant Director of Revenue or similar Role is preferred. Extensive Knowledge of Revenue Management. Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive revenue and manage costs effectively. Proven track record in strategic planning, marketing planning and budgeting processes. Exceptional presentation and analytical skills, with a mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a 'FIVE-Star' Experience for our Guests, even under pressure. Demonstrated ability to accurately budget and forecast market demand. Strong commitment to delivering Exceptional financial services. Next-Level Organisational and Supervisory skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesReviews the established Pricing Strategy with the Group General Manager. Oversees the implementation of a defined Rate Quoting Strategy for the negotiated RFP season, with a focus on overseeing Sensational reservations team. Maximises Hotel Revenue Contribution across all distribution channels through continuous analysis of Evolving channel distribution models and their Impact on consumer booking trends. Works with the top-line Team to determine Effective and Engaging Rate Offers (packages) tailored to the preferences of FIVE's Guests. Assists in setting up the Standards of Operations in the Revenue and Reservations Teams. Actively monitors the Competitive Market Environment, elaborating revenue-optimising tactics and strategies to maximise the Revenue Generation Index (RGI). Expertly assists in Driving the forecasting process for all Operating Departments, identifying revenue potentials and supply and demand variables for the property. Conducts in-depth Market Trend Reviews, benchmarking against the competition to maintain FIVE's First-in-Class position in the industry. Meticulously Monitors Competitors for shifts in Demand, Rate, and Strategy, incorporating daily Pick-Up Analysis, Strategy Adjustments, and Reporting, ensuring a Next-level understanding of the market. Plays a Key Role in identifying areas needing Improvement and Competitor Set Strengths, and assists in developing strategies to best capture Market Share in the industry. Assists in driving Revenue-Generating Initiatives to optimise Top-Line Revenues. Develops and assists in providing a Dynamic Weekly Forecast of Expected Results, Variances, and Budget Comparisons, offering a comprehensive and sharp Financial Overview. Strategically configures and assists in managing Key Systems, including the Revenue Management System, Central Reservation System, Property Management System, and respective Distribution Platforms. Meticulously maintains Pricing Integrity, regularly checking distribution channels for Hotel Positioning, Information Accuracy, and Competitor Positioning, always upholding the Gold Standard in the industry. Assists in Communicating Revenue Management Strategies to the Room Reservations Team and other teams as required. Expertly analyses overall Monthly Hotel Performance and assists in providing a Summary Report with recommendations to improve Long-Term Strategies, contributing to FIVE's Next-Level Success. Ensures the correct Configuration, Validation, and Optimal functioning of all related systems, to uphold FIVE's Top-Notch Operational Efficiency.
