Class Teacher / Primary Teacher

Planning and delivering lessons: Primary teachers are responsible for planning and delivering lessons that align with the curriculum and the learning needs of their students.Assessing and evaluating student progress: Teachers regularly assess and evaluate student progress, identify areas of strength and areas that need improvement, and provide feedback to students and parents.Creating a positive classroom environment: Primary teachers create a positive learning environment that is conducive to learning and encourages student engagement and participation.Communicating with parents and colleagues: Teachers communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to keep them informed of student progress and to collaborate on teaching strategies.Managing classroom behavior: Teachers maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment and manage student behavior through effective classroom management strategies.Engaging in professional development: Teachers participate in professional development activities to enhance their teaching skills and stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices.Collaborating with other professionals: Teachers work with other professionals, such as teaching assistants, special education teachers, and school counselors, to support student learning and development.Participating in school activities: Teachers participate in school activities such as parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and school events.
