Duties And Responsibilities

  • Generate periodic reports for Pending PO’s, inventory aging, expiry, inventory values, PO’s delivery schedules, zero stock items, order fulfillments.
  • Analyze generated reports and provide suggestions to resolve any issues, obstacles (under supervision of his/her manager/director).
  • Ensure all departments employees are updating the system and providing needed reports on-time and report any deviations.
  • Follow up closely all supply chain activities that might affect customer service and end users and report immediately.
  • Review supply chain processes and analyze and advise if there’s any overlapping between department that might affect the outcomes and performance and advise process’s improvements.
  • Follow up closely with daily KPI’s for all departments and report any deviation.
  • Ensure all staff having the needed tools to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Ensure all staff are following related policies and procedures and that Departments goals are met Hospital.
  • Provide reports stating the improvement/performance for department/units within the period.
  • Ensure that all processes and activities - within the department – are having related policies and procedures and all staff having their JD’s.
  • Assist Supply chain manager/director in his improvements initiatives.
  • Assist Supply chain manager/director to follow all special projects / assignments.
  • Call for meeting whenever needed to follow up and resolve issues that might affect SC department outcomes.
  • Coordinate closely with end users and received their complaints/issues and follow up with concerns to resolve it on time, and report any deviation or any corrective action to be taken.
  • Evaluate end users satisfaction regarding supply chain department performance.
  • Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.
  • Performs other related duties that are assigned.

Other Job Functions:

  • Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
  • Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
  • Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
  • Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.
