Job details

  • Financial Planning: Lead the development and implementation of the annual budgeting process, including setting timelines, coordinating with various departments, and consolidating inputs.
  • Forecasting: Prepare and manage rolling forecasting, updating projections based on actual performance and market conditions.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs, providing financial support and guidance for business planning and decision-making.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans, evaluating potential investments, projects, and initiatives for financial viability.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasting, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Cost Management: Evaluate cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial planning and analysis processes, leveraging best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ï·¼15,000.00 per month Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Accounting or Finance: 7 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
