Fluent in English Job description: Create educational program updated annually for all levels of Nurses (New Staff Nurses, Charge nurses, Head nurses, Section head, Director………).Assessing nurses' performance, skills, commitment …….)Teaching classroom-based courses through lectures and discussionsDemonstrating techniques and best practices for nurses.Overseeing clinical practice components of nurse education and training programs.Helping to develop courses for nurse training programs in cooperation with the updated guidelines.Creating lesson plans that accomplish predefined learning goals.Monitoring new hired nurses' performance.Staying up to date on the latest advances in nursing and changes to best practice standards for patient care.Provide educational leadership to patients and care providers to enhance specialized patient care within established healthcare settings.Assist patients and caregivers with educational needs, problem resolution, and health management.Collaborate with medical providers, patient care staff, and unit management in the planning, implementation, and delivery of educational courses.Initiate skill development programs within the parameters of established care modelsProvide direct and specialized nursing services to an assigned group of patients within nursing protocols.Develop patient care plans, incorporating evidenced-based research and national standards.Educate technical and patient care staff in the use of new equipment, supplies, and instruments.Identify each unit specific competencies.Apply gap analysis and improve applied courses for the nurses.
