Duties &ResponsibilitiesCollaboratewith functional consultants and Internal technical and Business tounderstand business requirements and translate them into technicalspecifications.Developand customize Odoo modules and workflows to meet clientneeds.Write efficient andhighquality Python code to implement new features functionalitiesand integrations within the Odooframework.Perform OdooERP system configurations including data migration user accessmanagement and securitysettings.Conduct thoroughtesting and debugging of Odoo modules and resolve any issues orbugs that arise.Workclosely with the functional team to ensure seamless integration oftechnical solutions with businessprocesses.Providetechnical support and guidance to endusers and assist in resolvingany technical issues orchallenges.Keep uptodatewith the latest Odoo developments tools and best practices andapply them to enhance the functionality and performance of Odoosystems.Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including project managers functionalconsultants and other technical resources to ensure successfulimplementation and delivery of Odooprojects.SkillsSolidexperience as an Odoo Technical Resource with a proven track recordof working on multiple Odoo implementationprojects.Proficient in Python programminglanguage and familiar with the Odooframework.Strong understanding of databasemanagement particularly inPostgreSQL.Experience in customizing andextending Odoo modules using XML JavaScript and other relatedtechnologies.Knowledge of web technologiessuch as HTML CSS and JavaScript.Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understandcomplex business requirements and design appropriate technicalsolutions.Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technicaland nontechnical stakeholders.Ability to workindependently manage multiple tasks and meet projectdeadlines.Prior experience in ERP systems andfamiliarity with other related technologies (e.g. CRM ecommerce) ispreferred.Odoo technical certification orrelated certifications are a plus.Experiencein complex Odoo troubleshootingGoodtimemanagement skills4 years ofexperienceMust have knowledge ofodoo.sh.Should have knowledge of Odooinstallation.Remote Work : No INT
