HR Assistant Role& Resposibilities:Data Management & RecordKeepingMaintain HR records by updating thedigital filing records and system, keeping past and current recordsup to date and accurate.Administer and recordleave data for the staff and help employees in logging their leavesto the PeopleHub portal.Support the HR managerwith the SAP data encoding.Support the HRmanager with the KHDA data encoding.Supportthe HR manager with the school system dataencoding.Support the HR manager with missingdocument tracking for new joiners during the onboardingprocess.Support the HR manager with missingdocument tracking for leavers during the offboardingprocess.Support the HR manager with theGR-related formalities such as the renewal of employees'visas, MOHRE, and OHC cards.Maintain allpersonnel files and ensure safe custody and confidentiality of alldocuments submitted by staff .HR Audit- employee digitalfiles/documentsNo. of non-compliance incidencereportsAccurately update the Leave applicationtrackerMirror the PeopleHub attendance reportto the schools'All govt. relatedstaff activities to be completed in time with fullcomplianceAll time-sensitive documents andlicenses are renewed ahead of the deadline to ensure fullcompliance and avoid finesTimely KHDA approvalfor the new joinersComplete timely departureand exit formalities and arrange for a leavingcertificateWeekly report to the HR Manager onthe progress of the visa status/cancellationstatusNumber of fines for late submission ofthe document in a yearError-free datamaintenanceIncidences of any sensitivedocuments lost or mishandled.Compliance withstandardized school procedures100% adherenceto the school policies andprocedures INT
