Collaborate with senior managementto align HR strategies with overall business objectives. Thisincludes long-term workforce planning, talent forecasting, andensuring HR initiatives support the company's strategicdirection.Consult with line management,providing HR guidance when appropriate.Helpbuild and maintain a strong organizational culture, as well ascontinuously improve the employeeexperience.Provide advice and suggestions forculture-related initiatives, such as culturaltransformation.Implement interventions onemployee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talentmanagement.Work together with management andpersonnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employeerelations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, anddecrease unwanted turnover.Collaborate withthe recruitment team to identify and attract top talent. Developstrategies for talent retention and implement programs to reduceturnover.Develop and implement strategies toenhance employee engagement and motivation, including conductingemployee surveys, identifying areas for improvement, and creatingaction plans to address concerns.Analyzetrends and metrics in partnership with the HR COEs to developsolutions, programs, and policies.Manage andresolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective,thorough, and objectiveinvestigations.Maintain in-depth knowledge oflegal requirements related to the day-to-day management ofemployees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Partner with the legal department asneeded/required.Review and assess jobdescriptions and evaluate jobs whenever required in line with totalrewards guidance.Assess and provide inputs inthe development of variable payschemes.Provide day-to-day performancemanagement guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling,career development, disciplinary actions).Workclosely with management and employees to improve workrelationships, build morale, and increase productivity andretention.Provide HR policy guidance andinterpretation.Assist new joiners with allrelated HR matters.Provide guidance and inputon business unit restructures, workforce planning, and successionplanning.Identify skill gaps and trainingneeds for business units and individual executive coachingneeds.Assist in managing organizational changeinitiatives. This involves developing change management plans,communication strategies, and helping employees adapt to changeseffectively.Participate in the evaluation andmonitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up toensure training objectives are met.Collaboratewith legal counsel to address complex legal issues related to HR,such as employment litigation or regulatory compliancematters.Perform other related duties asassigned.QualificationsBachelor'sdegree preferred in HR or Human psychologyCIPDor SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or any equivalent professionalCertificationExperienceMinimumof 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relationsissues.Working knowledge of multiple humanresource disciplines, including compensation practices,organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity,performance management, UAE employment law, JD creation and JobevaluationKnowledge &SkillsExcellent verbaland written communication skillsExcellentinterpersonal and customer serviceskillsExcellent organizational skills andattention to detailStrong Commercial Acumen,includes understanding finance principles, risk and reward, andbusiness outcomesAbility to comprehend,interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws,guidelines, regulations, and policiesAbilityto acquire a thorough understanding of the organization'shierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and theadministrative practices related to thosefactorsExcellent time management skills with aproven ability to meet deadlinesStronganalytical and problem-solvingskillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suiteor related software INT
