HR Analyst Assistant
Job details
KeyResponsibilities:Assist in gathering and analyzing HRdata, including employee demographics, performance metrics, andcompensation information.Maintain and updateHR databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employeerecords.Prepare and generate reports onvarious HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, andemployee satisfaction.Support the developmentand implementation of HR policies and procedures by providingdata-driven insights andrecommendations.Assist with the administrationof employee surveys, including distributing surveys, collectingresponses, and analyzing results.Collaboratewith HR team members to identify trends and areas for improvementin HR processes and programs.Conduct researchon HR best practices and industry trends to support the continuousimprovement of HR functions.Assist with thepreparation of presentations and reports for HR meetings andexecutive reviews.Ensure confidentiality andsecurity of employee information and adhere to data protectionregulations.Provide general administrativesupport to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, organizingfiles, and handling correspondence.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.Previous experience in HR or a similaranalytical role.Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyzedata accurately.Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis andreporting.Excellent organizational andtime-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasksand meet deadlines.Good communication andinterpersonal skills.
