Black & Grey HR isrecruiting for a fast growing real estate investment anddevelopment company in the United Arab Emirates known for itsinnovative projects and commitment to excellence. With a portfoliothat spans across highprofile developments in residentialcommercial and mixeduse properties they are looking to recruit foran Accountant with experience in Real estate or ConstructionIndustry. This role is a bridge between the finance and salesdepartment. The Job responsibilities are asbelow: Managing customer payments including down payments regularinstalments and using various payment methods for propertypurchases.Facilitating local andinternational bank transfers for buyersunits. Recording payments from banksinto our Customer Experience Management (CEM)system. Collaborating withadministration to finalise unit reservations andbookings. Overseeing the accountspayable and receivable modules within our accountingsoftware. Compiling balance sheets toillustrate profit and loss. Gatheringand updating documentation across allplatforms. Ensuring accuratefinancial filing. Verifying accountspayable and receivable crossreferencing invoices and authorisingpayments or receipts. Compiling datafor final payments and accounts receivablereports. Allocating payments tointernal accounts and maintaining meticulous transactionrecords. Managing accounts formultiple owners associations from recording transactions tocoordinating statutory audits.Engaging in managing ESCROW accounts with the finance teamproviding accurate customer payment and accounts receivableinformation. Participating in thedevelopers Trust Account System (TAS) introduced by regulatorydepartments allocating payments per purchaseagreements. Direct interaction withclients to handle payments and ensure accurate systemallocation. Conducting thoroughchecks on Sales Purchase Agreements (SPAs) verifying informationprovided by the sales team including customer details status andfinance reports. Issuing properlydocumented invoices and tracking payments according to paymentplans. Submitting sales informationto finance and maintaining proficiency in CRM tools such asBITRIX. Seeking candidates with abackground in economics or accounting capable of initiating andpreparing taskseffectively.RequirementsTheideal candidate should meet the followingqualifications: Proven experience as a Real EstateDeveloper within the UAE. Strongbackground in real estate orconstruction. Indepth knowledge ofaccounting standards applicable in theUAE. Familiarity with InternationalFinancial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Demonstrated bookkeeping expertise.Proficiency in using FirstBit / 1Csoftware.
