Procurement Officer - Opisok Ortho Clinic
Job details
As a Procurement Officer you willmanage the procurement process within an organization. This role isessential in ensuring that goods services and supplies are acquiredefficiently costeffectively and in compliance with relevantregulations and policies and in collaboration with all thedepartments. KeyResponsibilitiesAssist in the procurementprocess including sourcing vendor selection and contractnegotiation.Collaborate with internalstakeholders to understand their procurement needs andrequirements.Prepare and issue requests forproposals (RFPs) requests for quotations (RFQs) and purchaseorders.Evaluate supplier proposals andnegotiate pricing delivery terms and conditions to achievefavourable outcomes.Coordinate with suppliersto ensure timely delivery of goods andservices.Maintain accurate procurement recordsand documentation in compliance with company policies andprocedures.Monitor supplier performance andaddress any issues or concerns on time.Supportprocurementrelated projects and initiatives asassignedSkillsRequiredStrong analyticalproblemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability toanalyze complex data and make sound procurementdecisions.Excellent communication andnegotiation skills with the ability to effectively interact withvendors suppliers and internal stakeholders at alllevels.Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experiencein procurement sourcing or supply chain management with a focus onstrategic sourcing and vendormanagement.This job has beensourced from an external job board.
