Our client is aglobal and diversified organization offering endtoend solutionsacross business segments namely Education Agriculture TradingEngineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) Energy andMining. They are currently seeking an experienced andresultoriented Infrastructure Head to lead andmanage their infrastructureprojects.TheInfrastructure Head should be a highly skilledand resultsdriven to oversee the execution planning testingcommissioning and maintenance of building construction andinfrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensiveexperience in managing institutional commercial and hospitalbuildings as well as mining infrastructureprojects.KeyResponsibilities:Ensure timelydelivery of projects in accordance with contractualtimelines.Communicateregularly with senior client management and conduct periodicprojectreviews.Obtain necessaryapprovals and liaise with government departments for projectrelatedmatters.Review plans andmaterials for compliance and coordinate with the project managementteam.Estimatematerial quantities manage deviations and coordinate projectprogress through regularmeetings.Overseesuppliers subcontractors consultants and commissioning engineersfor projectexecution.Ensureconsultant deliverables align with client schedules and projectscope.Generate projectreports and take action on scope and contractualrequirements.Plan executemonitor and control projects from start tofinish.Manage vendorselection evaluation and qualitycontrol.Negotiate andfinalize vendor agreements and issue purchaseorders.Manage billingfor delivered materials and align vendor work with clientrequirements.Conducttechnical design reviews and implement project trackingtools.Plan dailyactivities manage risks ensure compliance and handle projectdocumentation.Coordinate withtechnical teams and external consultants to providesolutions.Ensure timelyproject closure as per agreed scope ofwork.RequirementsMust hold agraduate degree (BTech/BE) in Civil Engineering ConstructionManagement or a related field; Master s degreepreferred.Minimum of 20years of experience in infrastructure project management with afocus on building construction and institutionalprojects.Possesses a deepunderstanding of the nuances of working on government/public sectorprojects and excels in stakeholdermanagement.Significantexperience in government projects within sectors such as educationhealthcare and mining preferably inAfrica.Proficient in 3Dcivil architectural mechanical electrical and plumbing systemscommonly used in commercial residential institutional and mixedusecomplexes.Preferredexposure to a multidisciplinary BIM coordinationenvironment.WorkLocation:DubaiTo viewother vacancies we have please check ourwebsite()and follow us on our social mediaaccountsLinkedIn/ Facebook /Twitter/InstagramDisclaimer:Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form of charge ourcandidates just to process or consider their application for any ofour available vacancies.
