Supply Chain Officer
Job details
Procure to PayManagement: Oversee the entire procure to payprocess, ensuring seamless flow from procurement initiation topayment processing. Coordinate with various departments tostreamline procurement activities and optimize purchasingprocesses.InventoryManagement: Implement effective inventory managementstrategies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excessinventory costs. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits,and implement replenishment strategies asnecessary.WarehouseManagement: Manage warehouse operations, includingreceiving, storage, and distribution of materials. Implement bestpractices for warehouse organization and ensure compliance withsafety and securitystandards.StockTransfers: Facilitate inter-departmental andinter-location stock transfers efficiently. Coordinate withrelevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate transfer ofmaterials while minimizing disruptions tooperations.Cross-Verification ofDelivery Notes: Verify delivery notes againstpurchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness ofdeliveries. Resolve discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers andlogistics providers asneeded.TeamManagement: Lead and manage a supply chain team,providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimalperformance and adherence to established processes andprocedures.ERPExpertise: Utilize SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systemsproficiently to support supply chain operations. Extract andanalyze data to generate insights for process improvement anddecision-making.Requirements:Bachelor'sdegree in any course.4-5 years of experiencein supply chain management, preferably in the oil and gasindustry.Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or otherERP systems.Strong knowledge of procure to payprocesses.Experience in stock and inventorymanagement.Familiarity with warehousemanagement principles and practices.Previousexperience in the oil and gas industry ispreferred.Ability to cross-verify deliverynotes and resolve discrepancies.Provenexperience in managing a supply chainteam.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.Ability to work effectively in afast-paced environment and handle multiple taskssimultaneously.
