Job Title - Assistant Vice President, Corporate PlanningLocation - Doha, QatarKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery and evolution of the Corporate Planning function across the bank covering Doha, Branches, Representative Offices and Subsidiaries.Support the design of key performance indicators (KPIs) for business, support, and control divisions across financial and non-financial dimensions (financial/customer and process/organization). Assist in organizing and carrying out the quarterly Performance Management procedure.Review and analyze KPIs and scorecards across all divisions in order to provide perceptive and value adding insight of the bank's performance and execution of strategy.Work with strategy development and PMO teams to assist in the development of the annual business plans across all divisions, understanding and incorporating the dependencies between this, performance management, the strategic project portfolioEducation & Experience Requirements:Bachelor degree University graduate is a must, Master's degree is an advantageAt least 10 years work experience with minimum of 3 years of similar experience with a reputed financial InstitutionBusiness and/ or functional experience or exposurePrevious experience in a corporate planning and performance management roleAwareness of a management consulting approach (previous role in such is an advantage)Experience with performance management, balance scorecard approach and management of information systems (MIS)Deep understanding and knowledge of the activities and functions of the various business and support divisions in a financial institutionWell-developed numerical, analytical, evaluation skillsQATAR NATIONALS PREFERED.*Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
