**Store Manager**
Responsible for the overall management of the auto shop's retail store, ensuring efficient operations, exceptional customer service, and profitable sales of automotive parts, accessories, and related products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including inventory management, stock control, and order processing.
- Monitor and manage store expenses to optimize profitability and achieve budget targets.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and optimize stock rotation.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and maintain product availability.
- Prepare and manage the store's budget, including sales forecasts and expense control.
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment to promote a safe and pleasant shopping experience.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role in retail, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in computerized inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and retail operations.
