EAA is searching for a high-energy individual to lead their digital fundraising efforts. As the Digital Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for creating, implementing, and driving the success of EAA's online fundraising initiatives. You'll also develop strong relationships with private sector partners and manage a robust database of donors and supporters. Your ultimate goal is to maximize EAA's digital fundraising income and reach their fundraising targets.Key Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:Develop and Manage Digital Fundraising:Oversee EAA's digital fundraising strategy across channels (website, app, social media).Develop and implement digital fundraising campaigns, including crowdfunding initiatives.Manage and optimize online advertising for maximum reach and return on investment.Track and analyze digital campaign performance and recommend improvements.Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure aligned digital marketing efforts.Increase Donor Engagement and Acquisition:Develop and manage engaging content for EAA's digital platforms (website, app, social media)Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire new donors and convert supporters.Analyze data to understand donor behavior and optimize digital touchpoints throughout the supporter journey.Develop strategies to increase online donations and cultivate recurring giving.Leadership and Management:Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and platform developers.Lead and mentor a team of Digital Fundraising Executives.Develop and implement operational plans for the digital fundraising program.In order to be successful for this role, you will bring:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field & 8-10 years of relevant full-time work experience, 3 of which at a supervisory level International exposure in various digital platform management and channels.Solid experience in developing, managing and monitoring strategic digital partnerships across various businesses. Other Requirements:Digital and Electronic Fundraising Expertise: This includes experience using digital fundraising channels like social media, email marketing, and website content management systems.Digital Analytics Skills: Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and analyze website and campaign performance.Content Creation and Management: Ability to create compelling content for various online platforms (website, email, social media) including video/audio, infographics, and social media posts.Digital Marketing Tools: Experience using tools like Creator Studio, Hootsuite, Buffer, Mailchimp, and various Paid Ads platforms for social media and search advertising.Project Management and Communication: Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Slack, and proficiency using Google Suite for communication and collaboration.CRM Integration: Knowledge of email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Autopilot, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and experience integrating them with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).Application ProcedureIf you are interested and this is something you would like to consider, please send your application, including a CV, and a cover letter (in English) to career@eaa.org.qaPlease ensure your application email has the subject heading of (Digital Partnerships Manager) - (insert your name) Only applications received through the Career email address will be considered.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and advance to the next stage of the selection process due to the large volume of applications we usually receive.
