We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Pastry Chef to join our team.
Your skill in crafting an array of delicious desserts and pastries, along with your innovative approach to creating distinctive flavors and recipes, will be crucial in pleasing our customers.
Responsibilities
· Craft a broad range of baked goods, including cakes, cookies, pies, and bread, by adhering to both classic and contemporary recipes.
· Innovate and introduce new, captivating desserts to refresh our menu and captivate customer interest.
· Utilize various icings, toppings, and decorations to enhance the visual appeal our pastries.
· Manage inventory for baking supplies like flour and sugar, ensuring orders are placed judiciously within budget constraints.
· Inspect the quality of ingredients and the condition of cooking equipment and tools.
· Lead and inspire pastry assistants and bakers towards greater efficiency in their work.
· Keep the cooking area tidy and organized, complying with health and safety regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
