We're always striving to learn more, expand our skills and grow our teammates,Primary Focused Domain(s):  IT Infrastructure| Cloud |Azure |AWS| solution Architect |Devops | containersJob Summary:As a Presales for Microsoft Managed Services, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, ensuring effective solution design, and delivering compelling presentations to potential clients. Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and managed services, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Support & Managed Services business. Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to define client requirements, address technical inquiries, and advise on optimal solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies and managed services.Conduct in-depth technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to educate clients on the value proposition and benefits of our Support & Managed Services.Identify customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and perform detailed solution scoping and design to meet client needs.Develop customized client proposals and statements of work (SOWs) that outline the technical solution, service timeline, and the associated costs.Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth transition and handover from presales to delivery, maintaining a strong communication channel and effectively managing client expectations.Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, certifications, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to enhance sales strategies and promote continuous improvement of our managed services & support offerings.RequirementsRequirements Certification Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.Azure cloud services, Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange, and Windows Server.Microsoft certifications, such as MCSE or MCSA, are highly desirable.Technical skillsProven experience as a Presales or similar role with focus on Microsoft technologies and other Infrastructure services is a plus.Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to Azure cloud services, Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange, and Windows Server.Solid understanding of managed services models, service level agreements (SLAs), and ITIL best practices.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong presentation and demonstration skills, showcasing the value and benefits of our Microsoft Managed Services offerings.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.Microsoft certifications, such as MCSE or MCSA, are highly desirable.Personal Skills:High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner in what you do.Exceptional communication and presentation skillsBeing able to work on their own or in a teamBeing able to work to tight deadlinesAbility to maintain composure during stressful situationHandling many tasks & responsibilitiesFluent in Arabic and English. RequirementsCandidate Experience To excel in this position, you will need to: Certification Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent. Technical Skills 2+ years of experience in supply chain / logistics / order fulfillment. Experience in IT industry, software and service delivery is plus. Previous experience in CRM/ERP systems, ex. Zoho CRM, Zoho Books. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Personal Skills High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner in what you do. Exceptional communication and presentation skills Being able to work on their own or in a team Being able to work to tight deadlines Ability to maintain composure during stressful situation Handling many tasks & responsibilities Fluent in Arabic and English. Working Conditions Working on Weekends, Holidays or outside the business hours could be required.
