Pay QAR 6,000 a month Job type Full-time   Location   Full job descriptionManage day-to-day bid process activities from document receipt to submission of bid.Develop & manage the bid process plan towards effectively responding to RFIs, RFQs & RFPsAnalyze tender documents to ensure all necessary mandatory information is included.Research potential clients to develop targeted proposals that meet the client's needs & aspirationsFacilitate the writing of comprehensive responses to RFIs, RFQs & RFPs to produce market leading proposals and client presentationsEngage with various stakeholders and levels of management in ensuring that proposals are reflective of the business & individual Client's needsLiaise with support services such as Finance, People Management, Supply Chain, to ensure integrity of information required for bid proposalsEnsure quality of bid documents in accordance with Bidvest Facilities Management & best practice quality standardsEnsure that bid documents are complete within the stipulated timeframes and deadlines.Implement & maintain a controlled access storage for data & bid information for ease of use by internal stakeholdersResponsible for effective communication between the client & company throughout the bid processCoordinate client site visits when necessary on behalf of Sales teamConduct white board updates - Consistent tracking of prospect bids & proposals submitted with business development teamCo-ordinate the application process for registration with clients / vendor and database registrationsHanding of drafts & finalized bid documentation to the Sales team including Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, for review prior to submissionTracking of tender / RFQ process and exact record keeping of strategic dates and information to be provided / presentedProvide weekly/monthly reports on pipeline bids (current & potential)Must be willing to work under immense pressure with many large projects running simultaneouslyProvide administrative support from time to time on mobilization and demobilization projects. This would typically include, updating SharePoint folders, minute taking, coordination of site visits and site commissioning and decommissioning.Understand the Rules for Tendering, timescales and responsibilitiesSupport during Bid/No Bid meetings where required, assisting with bid information and if necessary, taking minutes/actionsEnsure timely management of all tender activitiesEnsure any bid program is agreed and in place in advance of any agreed tender submission. Take ownership of scheduling regular meetings to ensure all key stake holders are keeping to the program. Identify potential issues early and escalate the situation to your direct reportObtain feedback from all clients relating to both successful and unsuccessful bid submissions in order to improve future bidsCo-ordinate both the quality and pricing elements of any bid to ensure a smooth running of the processWork with the Business Development team in the production of documents for bid and PQQ submissionsJob Type: Full-timePay: From QAR6,000.00 per monthEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Bid or Tendering Coordinator: 2 years (Required)
