Accountabilities and Key Roles:Develop the annual business plan and budget, and propose it to HO for approvalDevelop business development & sales budgets to the country sales teamMaintain and continuously update a list of prospect & potential clientsProvide support to sales team in sales and relationship management, especially with respect to large & sophisticated customers and provide feedback to various global departments at HO about products, competitors, segment trends etc.…Monitor sales and business development performance on regular basis, and propose actions to ensure that sales teams achieve the targets at all timesApprove and recommend (based on authority matrix) on exceptional pricing and conditions granted to customersOversee the strict implementation of internal P&Ps and Compliance guidelinesMaintain strong and appropriate operational standards.Ensure timely and accurate implementation of segmentation exercise.Job Requirements: Education:University degree from a recognized universityExperience:10 Years in Corporate/ Private Banking experience with a leading Regional/ International institution of which 3 years in a managerial position.Competencies:Fluent in English and ArabicStrong analytical & numerical skills .Excellent presentation, communication, & interpersonal skills.Team building and leadership skillsExcellent sales and relationship management skills
