Job Description:
Analyze training needs of QatarEnergy to develop strategic learning solutions to meet the organization's current and forecast requirements; through the design, development, and coordination of optimized learning solutions using a variety of delivery methods to fulfil the identified learning objectives; and consistently capture and critically analyze training feedback from stakeholders and implement modifications and enhancements to continually improve learning solutions

Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in curriculum development and instruction.
Experience in generating, implementing and overseeing contracts and training service agreements.
Minimum of 7 years experience in relevant industry and/or industrial training environmen
Bachelor degree in a technology or related discipline. Postgraduate qualification in education or training is an advantage.
Understanding of the learning approaches and methodologies and of the principles of implementing training programs.
Overseeing and evaluating vendors and external service providers. Managing the full tender process; from invitation to awarding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in SAP Success Factors application is an advantage.
