We are looking for a Technical Bid Writer, to join our organization in the KSA region. This role will be based in Riyadh, KSA.  Job Description Supporting the KSA work winning team, we are looking for a Technical Bid Writer to support our tender submission process. The postholder will be responsible for preparing compelling and customized technical content for our bid submissions and presentations. This role demands a deep understanding of the construction industry, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work closely with technical, commercial, and project management teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality bid submissions that meet client requirements and deadlines.  Key responsibilities Collaborate with the bid team, sector leads and subject matter experts to gather the necessary information and insights to create bespoke content Write, edit, and proofread technical documents and bid proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of bid templates, case studies, and other supporting documents. Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs), invitations to tender (ITTs), and other bid documents to understand client requirements and align our submissions accordingly. Coordinate with the design and graphics team to ensure that proposals are presented in a professional and visually appealing manner. Participate in bid strategy meetings, contributing ideas and strategies to enhance our competitiveness. Conduct post-bid reviews to gather feedback and continuously improve our bid writing processes. Skills and behaviours required Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into easily understandable and compelling written content Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role, with proven experience of supporting winning bid delivery Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with bid management software Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills. Knowledge of procurement processes, government contracts and industry standards is an advantage Strong analytical and problem solving skills Written Arabic language skills are advantageous Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a relevant field APMP qualifications advantageous Role dependencies Reports into the Associate Director, KSA of Middle East Business Generation Location and travel The post holder will be based in our office location in Riyadh There will be a requirement for very occasional travel across the region Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
