Join the esteemed Gemalto Global Services team as an Operations and Support Engineer Level 2, where you will play a pivotal role in tier II technical support for incidents, problems, and change management of hosted and managed solutions.Responsibilities:• Collaborate within a team on rotational shifts, ensuring 24/7 coverage.• Provide technical support for Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid services.• Design and implement system changes.• Enhance internal tools to optimize service industrialization.• Offer technical guidance for new services and technical analyses.• Lead efforts to optimize service reliability, performance, and security.• Provide technical direction during high-risk changes affecting customer SLAs.• Facilitate product and technical knowledge ramp-up for Tier II Support team.• Contribute to defining production requirements and meeting contractual SLAs.• Manage performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize processes.• Engage in product and process improvement initiatives.• Assist in preparing and reviewing technical documentation.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:Any Graduation()Gender:nmNationality:Saudi Arabian
