MTS Globe is an equal opportunities employerMust be aware of all aspects of the excursions program with relation to the tours sold on board.The overall responsibility of the Travel Desk / Experience Advisor is the day operation of the Sales programSell tours to guests, generating revenue for the company.Provide information to guests on tours available to promote tour sales.Assist guests with questions relating to excursions and offer help with any special requests.Ensure that the monthly sales target has been achieved.Sending daily sales report to the Experience Manager.Sending daily attendance report with copying HR dept.Entering all the bookings made at the same time.Following up with the finance department regarding the cash payment.In this job you would need to have a pleasant and friendly manner, and a good general knowledge of our products and services.This position is under the supervision of the In Destinations Sales Manager, from whom all directives are given.RequirementsExperience in customer services roles in the Destination Management / travel and tourism industry.Sound knowledge of the Qatar as a destination would be an advantage.Should have excellent selling and promotional skills.Good product knowledge and handling the overall operation of the sales programsResilient and flexible approach with the ability to respond to customer and company needs.Ability to thrive in a team environmentCandidate must have tri-lingual (English/Russian/Slovak-Czech/German/Italian/Spanish language) + any other Language.
