Job Description Experience : Proven experience in government relations, public affairs, or a related field. Familiarity with the regulatory environment and government processes/portals. Responsibilities : Responding to staff enquiries on visa/labour/passport matters Organizes attestation of certificates and legal translation of documents and other activities related to immigration and labour. Strengthen the relationship with public agencies through events engaging the community Coordinate with outside counsel and third party vendors regarding immigration issues Communicates with various government agencies for certification of documents and coordinates with third parties on documentation needs Full knowledge of the Visa Requirement and process from different Countries Stay up to date with the latest rules and regulations and best practices in government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, MHRSD, MOFA, MISA, ETIMAD, etc. Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all time. Engage himself with higher management / HR in order to keep them in loop with regards to new Labour laws / other Government laws etc Solving issues related to employees Visa and Iqama . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues.
