Company DescriptionChild's Life Medical Rehabilitation Center (CLMRC) is a rehabilitation center located in Dammam that supports children and youth in achieving their goals and participating in their communities. We provide services to children with physical and developmental challenges, ranging from eight months to thirteen years old. Our mission is to promote excellence in children's rehabilitation and developmental pediatrics through innovative clinical service, education, research, and technologies.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at CLMRC. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting speech therapy sessions, evaluating and treating communication disorders, dysphagia, and language disorders in children. The role also includes developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing counseling and education to children, their families, and caregivers.QualificationsExperience in speech therapy, dysphagia, communication disorders, and language disordersAbility to assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in childrenKnowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and interventionsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teamExcellent organizational and time-management skillsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related fieldLicense or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
