Principal Sales Consultant: Riyadh / Dubai or Abu Dhabi The opportunity:This is an opportunity to join the Construction and Engineering Global Industry Unit (CEGIU) Sales Consulting team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The roleâs key objective is to support the CEGBU Sales team to accelerate revenue growth in the KSA region and support revenue in other regions as necessary. This role will involve travel and requires the successful candidate to have a high-level of PPM Market, Tool or Consulting experience.Job description:Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.Responsibilities:As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.Candidate should possess expertise in:Construction Management, Portfolio Management, and Collaboration toolCost Control, Contract Management, Document Control, and Project CollaborationScheduling techniques and tools.Risk Management Best PracticesData Analytic and Business Intelligence tools and techniquesBuilding information Model knowledge and experienceDesigning and implementing project management information systemsPMO Setup and Operation, Project Management Best Practices, Strategic Planning and ExecutionAACE, PMI, and/or Prince2 CertificationsProven performance in a pre-sales support role selling a SaaS solution from initial contact through product demonstration to close in addition to drafting RFP responses.Experience in the Construction and Engineering industry, focused on: Design and Construction Collaboration â Documents, BIM, QA/FieldExperience in one or more of the following verticals: Engineering & Construction / Manufacturing / Oil & Gas (Preferred) / Utilities (Preferred)Must be technology evangelists and promoters of modernizing the Construction industryPPM industry experience / PPM software experienceUnderstanding of the construction industry across different verticals (general contracting, subcontracting, real estate development, owner, etc.)Experience with commercial and project collaboration softwareKnowledge / experience in PMIS integrations with other systems like ERP.Experience in analyzing and responding to RFPs and bid proposals respectively.Should understand business of the concerned region and should be comfortable interacting and presenting our solution to the Client / Marketing events / Seminars.Candidates will need to be able to speak both Arabic and English to a professional level
