Job details
Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to relevant company policies and procedures.
Ensure client, consultant, main contractor, and MEP/CM project manager are always satisfied.
Guide technical engineers/drafters through the process of managing work activities throughout the duration of the project engineering phase.
Set specific goals for different work activities.
Plan and allocate responsibilities to team members.
Review and approve shop drawings before submission.
Review and approve design calculations prior to submission.
Review and approve technical materials before issuing them to the consultant.
Review and approve method statements in compliance with project specifications, terms of reference, etc...
Liaise with other technical departments (architect, structural engineer, etc.) for relevant reviews, approvals, etc...
