Eaton has approximately 96,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.What you'll do: The Primary responsibility of the Projects Sales Manager - Qatar is to formulate and execute Eaton's UPS business strategies into Commercial Construction, Data Centers and Industrial segments across Doha, Qatar. She/He will be responsible to manage Eaton's partner networks to drive sales and achieve profit plan targets and thereby meet the growth aspirations of the company.The Key Responsibilities:Meet sales targets assigned for Doha, QatarMaintain strong relationships with end users, consultants and contractors Engage with Electrical Contractors and Data Center integrators to sell 3 phase UPS's and solutions.Promote UPS systems to the Consultants, and the End users by active engagement and prescription activitiesMake sure Eaton UPS systems are listed in consultant and end user vendor listBuild and manage healthy pipeline by effective use of CRM toolMaintain cordial relationship and support Eaton project partners to achieve set business goalsProvide accurate sales forecast and market feedback regularly to the Sales LeaderEnhance customer experienceChampion and role model Eaton's Ethics & Values and commitment to Health & Safety.Formulate and Drive Sales, Product and Pricing strategy for UPS systems by creating awareness and driving demand with end users to win profitable market share. Work collaboratively with support functions and peers to help drive wider corporate strategies and initiativesQualifications: Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience in similar job functionMin 5 years of experience in selling UPS systemsSkills: In depth knowledge of the UPS systems business in the commercial construction and Data Center segmentsBuilding strong relationships, Business planning, Strategic thinking & Leadership attributesWe offer:Being part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industryWork in a company that is commitment to Inclusion & Diversity and SustainabilityAnnual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition systemOngoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.
