Responsibilities &Duties:Leading cross-functional teams inclient-facing delivery rolesBuildingrelationships with new and existingclientsDocumenting, proposing and discussingsolution options as a part of the programme team (high level design/ low level design)Configuring and developingMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to fit projectrequirements.Engaging with team members tocontribute towards successful projectoutcomes.Working closely with technicaldevelopment capability, including near shore and off shoreteams.Working with third party providers totranslate requirements and design to ensure solution build is inline with expectationsProviding functionalconsultant delivery support across all phases of the programmeincluding testing, business change, data migration andcutover.Understanding business requirementsand scope changes and highlight any impact on delivery teams ortechnical solution.
