Job details
Demonstrates a thoroughunderstanding of Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, contractualpolicies and procedures; evaluates associated requisition documentsto ensure consistency with policies andprocedures.Participates in the development ofCorporate Purchasing Standard Work methodologies. May participatein department's audits as requested byManager.Identifies, investigates, takesaction, communicates and follows-up on recurring ERP procurementmodule related issues or problems and notifiesManager.Works in conjunction with the DataTeam, PCA's, Vendor Team, and Accounts Payable Team byproviding assistance with information to increase accuracy of dataelements within the MMIS module of the ERPsystem.Supports integration activities throughengagement in meetings and special assignments asdirected.Assists in answering the CorporatePurchasing Help Desk telephone and e-Mail; facilitates problemresolutions, answers P2P related questions, educates toorganization policies, and identifies necessary resources on behalfof customers and the Corporate PurchasingDepartment.
