Job DescriptionThe Autodesk Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales and business growth for Autodesk software solutions. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that leverage Autodesk's suite of products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Autodesk software, excellent sales skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through innovative technology solutions.Job Description:Sales & Business Development:Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of Autodesk solutions.Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Understand clients' business needs and challenges, and recommend appropriate Autodesk solutions.Provide clients with product information, pricing, and support to facilitate decision-making.Technical Expertise:Stay up-to-date with the latest Autodesk products, features, and industry trends.Assist clients with technical questions and provide pre-sales technical support.Work closely with Autodesk technical teams to ensure client needs are met.Sales Administration:Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status using CRM software.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales processes and client interactions.Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.Analyze competitors and develop strategies to position Autodesk solutions effectively.Gather and share feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in selling Autodesk solutions working for a reseller in India.Experience with Autodesk products Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of Autodesk products and their applications in various industries such as architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
