Responsible for bookingtransportation machinery manpower for the Major Eventsproject. **Duties and Responsibilities includebut are not limited to **: Daily job entails speaking tosuppliers on a daily basis Liaising with Venue Managerswarehouse team for coordination of deliveries as perschedule Required to monitor each delivery from dispatchfrom yard to arrival to locations Responsible for systemmanagement data entry of the BoQ to system generating deliverynotes for each delivery. Capturing costs on a daily basisas per machinery and transport required. Assist onrequirements for Permit to Work Applications Reports toLocal Logistics Manager **Desired Skills andExperience**: Valid Qatar Driving License isrequired. Background in logistics transportation& machinery or experience in liaising withsuppliers Fluent in English knowledge in Arabic is anadded advantage.
