About the role As Web Platform Manager, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the digital travel experience, leading the development and enhancement of our digital web platform that enables the delivery of industry-leading digital products and content, and providing strategic leadership for the long term vision and architecture of the platform. Key Responsibilities Lead the web architecture for the entire digital platform, enabling the digital team to release best-in-class digital products and content across the digital landscape Live and breathe the digital product vision and OKRs to shape your platform roadmap to achieve digital product goals and remove blockers Manage and administer the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, including configuration, maintenance and authoring/content management processes and guidelines Ensure seamless integration between the CMS and other products to maximize the efficiency of the digital estate Research and regularly evaluate available Content Management System (CMS) capabilities to identify new opportunities for the digital team Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to gather insights, communicate roadmap progress and ensure alignment with the product vision, balancing competing interests and driving consensus to achieve digital objectives Conduct regular Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) audits to optimize the digital experience for search engines, improving rankings and brand visibility Be part of an extraordinary story Your skills. Qualifications About You We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Product Owner to join our innovative and forward thinking Digital Commerce & Service Experiences team shaping the future of travel at Qatar Airways. Minimum qualification of bachelor's degree or equivalent is essential 6+ years of job-related experience Proven experience in managing CMS platforms for large enterprise organisations A passion for innovation and a drive to push digital boundaries in air travel A proven track record of efficiently prioritizing a platform roadmap Experience in working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is essential
