About Our ClientOur client is an established multi-asset class investment manager headquartered in Riyadh. They are looking for an analyst/associate to join their expanding alternatives investments team, focusing on real estate Investment in the MENA region. What the job involvesInvolvement in all aspects of the transaction process including sourcing, analysis and execution of investment opportunities across real estate including due diligence, financial modelling, deal structuring and negotiation and creation of all investment committee materialsOrigination of new investments into real estate, deal execution and portfolio managementSupport the monitoring of the performance of portfolio companies and recommend corrective actionsWho we are looking forSomeone with strong experience across the private real estate investment sector in Riyadh and wider GCCA commercial and entrepreneurial individual with the ability to manage stakeholders and processes from opening to closing executionFull fluency in Arabic to a professional levelAccess to an existing network across the MENA region Strong analytical and financial modelling skills as well as strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to be based in Riyadh full-time
